The Encore Plus cabin is one of the longest and most comfortable cabins in its class. The perfectly designed interior accommodates a crew of two and up to eight passengers. Stretching more than 17 feet in length (5.18 m), the Encore Plus seating area extends farther and wider than that of other aircraft in its class. The cabin's 14 windows contribute to the feeling of openness.  Additionally, there is space in the forward and aft storage areas of the cabin for 655 pounds (297 kg) of baggage. There is even a ski tube below the aft baggage area that can hold four pairs of 83" skis.

The fully adjustable cabin seats recline, swivel 180 degrees, as well as track laterally to provide maximum comfort or allow in-flight conferencing for passengers. The single seat/isle layout of the cabin provides maximum elbow room and workspace. Eight passengers can fly, work, and conference without feeling over-crowded. The private onboard vanity area located in the rear of the plane adds to passengers' comfort on long flights.

The cabin amenities help passengers to work or relax comfortably during the flight. The two Pratt and Whitney PW535B engines provide superior performance with faster climbs to crusing altitude translating into smoother rides. The Encore Plus can maintain a max speed of 428 kph/493mph and has a range of up to 1780 miles. The wing design produces both low drag at high speeds and excellent handling at low speeds, offering superior short-field capabilities.
